John spent nearly thirty years working in financial services. Always working on the Operations side of the industry, his roles ranged from filling envelopes to Head of Operations. Latterly, he moved into more project based roles but always with involvement in process improvement. Delivered over $1 million of savings for the companies he worked for.

Sarah Kirby

Background
Sarah developed her operational expertise working for a number of household name organisations, where she managed the introduction of new processes across large teams as well as the successful rollout of new systems. Responsible for the scheduling of over 1,000 consultants on client projects prior to joining Map Your Process in 2020.
